These Terms of Use govern access to sysconnect.digital and communications with SysConnect regarding Indicator Confluence Training. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Educational purpose

Content on this site describes training services. It is not investment advice, a solicitation to trade, or a promise of trading results. Markets involve risk of loss.

No online checkout

Fees shown are informational. Seats are confirmed only after studio reply. Payment arrangements, if any, happen offline after a seat is offered.

Site use

You may browse pages, submit the contact form with accurate information, and share public URLs. You may not scrape the site abusively, attempt to disrupt hosting, or misrepresent affiliation with SysConnect.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and materials we provide to enrolled students remain our property unless we state otherwise in writing. Students may keep personal notes from their own charts.

Bookings and conduct

Studio visits are by appointment. We may refuse or end a seat if conduct disrupts other students or misuses training materials.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SysConnect is not liable for trading losses, decisions made after training, or indirect damages arising from site use. Our liability for a paid seat is limited to fees paid for that seat.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Taiwan (China). Disputes are handled in courts with jurisdiction over New Taipei where permitted.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a revised date.
