SysConnect respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use sysconnect.digital or communicate with our New Taipei studio.

Data we collect

• Contact details you send via the form or email (name, email, message, optional training interest).
• Booking details needed to schedule seats (phone if you provide it, preferred dates, instruments you watch).
• Cookie preference stored locally in your browser under a SysConnect-prefixed key.
• Basic technical logs from hosting (IP address, browser type, timestamps) as needed for security and reliability.

How we use data

We use personal data to reply to inquiries, schedule training, issue materials for confirmed seats, process refunds when applicable, and improve the clarity of our site. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

We process data based on your request to communicate, our contract with enrolled students, legitimate interests in operating a safe studio site, and legal obligations where they apply.

Sharing

We may share data with hosting and email providers who process it on our instructions, or with authorities when required by law. We do not share student charts publicly.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer record is needed for an active booking or refund. Booking records are kept as required for accounting and studio history.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal retention needs. Email studio@sysconnect.digital. Cookie preferences can be changed by clearing site data and revisiting the banner.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

Children

Training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
